Sex Therapists are licensed mental health professionals, trained to provide in-depth psychotherapy, who have specialized in treating clients with sexual issues and concerns. Sex therapy is talk therapy about sexual issues and can be woven into both individual and couples/relationship therapy. Sex Therapy does not include sexual touching or activity.
