1 hour session: $175.00
1.5 hour session: $263.00
Intensive 2-3 hour sessions available upon request at a rate of $175.00 per hour.
Insurance: I am in the process of leaving all insurance panels. I am currently still in network with Aetna. I bill insurance for 1 hour individual sessions and couples sessions when the session is focused on one identified client’s mental health diagnosis.

I am a licensed clinical social worker in Texas (License no. 107293) and Washington state (License no. 60793782) . I earned my bachelor’s degree from Central Washington University and my Master’s degree in social work from Eastern Washington University. I see clients in Washington state via Telehealth and have an in-person option for those local to Prosper, TX.
I work with adult individuals and couples and have a passion for learning new skills in order to better serve my clients. I’m an AASECT certified sex therapist, certified in EMDR and a consultant in training. I have had extensive training in trauma-focused CBT and DBT Therapy which focuses on building skills in mindfulness, interpersonal effectiveness, emotional regulation, and distress tolerance. I also have training in Relational Life Therapy, Discernment counseling, Emotionally Focused Couples therapy (EFT), the Developmental Model of Couples Therapy, and Gottman Couples Therapy techniques to address patterns of conflict and promote stronger relationships.
